Five stage wins out of five, total control and a third triumph in Sernaglia della Battaglia crown a winning finale for the Scledese team
MS Munaretto brought the 2025 season to a close in the most emphatic fashion thanks to a masterful performance by Bostjan Avbelj and Damijan Andrejka, who claimed outright victory at the 26th Prealpi Master Show after a display of complete dominance.
The Slovenian pairing left nothing to chance, winning all five special stages of the event organised by the Motoring Club. From the very first test, Avbelj set an uncompromising pace, immediately opening up significant gaps and taking full control of the rally. The final result tells its own story: five scratch times from five stages, a clear-cut win that ignited enthusiasm among fans lining the stages. For Avbelj and Andrejka, this marks their third success in Sernaglia della Battaglia, following victories in 2022 and last season.
Behind the winners, Simone Romagna and Dino Lamonato delivered a determined and hard-fought performance. Despite encountering several challenges throughout the day, they maintained a strong, consistent rhythm that carried them to a well-earned third place overall, rounding off a highly positive result for MS Munaretto.
A clean and composed run characterised the rally of Paolo Nodari and Giulio Nodari, who completed an error-free event, steadily building confidence and mileage. Encouraging signs also came from Giovanni Toffano and Matteo Gambasin, who edged progressively closer to the top ten, confirming their late-season progress.
Not without difficulties was the race of Michele Sambugaro and Filippo Sambugaro, who nonetheless reached the finish despite the unpredictable conditions of the Treviso gravel, gaining valuable experience on a demanding surface.
Misfortune struck Vittorio Ceccato and Stefano Tiraboschi, whose rally came to an early end after an off on the opening stage. Better fortune accompanied Giovanni Ceccato and Enrico Bracchi, who were making their debut on the Skoda Fabia: although the final result did not fully reflect their efforts, the crew completed the rally with a steadily improving pace, gaining crucial experience and bringing the car safely to the finish.
In Rally4, Michele Griso and Elia De Guio were immediately hampered by a ten-second penalty incurred early in the event. Despite this setback, they produced a determined drive, climbing back through the order to secure second place in class, an impressive result that underlined their pace and resilience.
An overall victory, a podium finish and multiple crews reaching the end of the road seal yet another successful chapter for MS Munaretto, closing the season in the only way possible: winning. The Christmas break will be little more than a brief pause, as preparations already begin for the next campaign.
