MS MUNARETTO DELIVERS A HIGH-CALIBRE WEEKEND OF PODIUMS, PROGRESS AND RESILIENCE

Korhola dominates the Brunello, Zantedeschi claims a podium in Valpolicella. Strong performances from Romagna, Squarcialupi and Griso. Early retirements for Bizzarri and Araldo.

MS Munaretto closes an intense weekend with significant results on three different fronts, showcasing the team’s consistency, speed and ability to respond under pressure. An outright podium at the Rally del Brunello, a brilliant third place in Valpolicella and multiple signs of growth complete a weekend of substantial competitive value.

RALLY DEL BRUNELLO: KORHOLA UNTOUCHABLE, ROMAGNA CONSISTENT, SQUARCIALUPI AND GRISO ON THE RISE

Among the rolling hills of Siena, it was Benjamin Korhola who took centre stage, delivering a commanding drive: an outright victory supported by 10 stage wins out of 12. His pace was clean, steady and authoritative from the opening kilometres—an impeccable performance that left no room for doubt.

Behind him, Simone Romagna built his rally step by step, finding rhythm and confidence stage after stage. His third-fastest time on SS6 highlights the quality of his run: no overreaching, just a measured, methodical approach that paid off with a result fully aligned with his trajectory of improvement.

It was a more turbulent outing for Stefano Bizzarri, who alternated strong segments with more complicated ones. A mixed performance that could still have brought him to the finish—had it not been for a retirement in the closing moments, just shy of the final time control.

A constructive weekend for Massimo Squarcialupi, who showed clear improvement in the overall pace. Some fluctuations across the individual stages did not hinder his path to a satisfying finish, closing the rally just outside the top ten and adding valuable mileage to his season.

For Marco Griso, the rally was far from simple, yet the crew managed to progress stage after stage, finding rhythm and continuity. Their efforts were rewarded with a finished rally and a well-earned third place in class, a result that speaks of determination and steady growth.

PAVIA RALLY CIRCUIT: DISAPPOINTING RETIREMENT FOR ARALDO

On the asphalt of Castelletto di Branduzzo, Jacopo Araldo’s run came to an early halt on the third special stage for personal reasons, after an opening phase that suggested promising potential. A retirement that certainly stings, but one that does not overshadow the strength shown in the early kilometres.

RALLY DELLA VALPOLICELLA: ZANTEDESCHI SECURES THE PODIUM

In Valpolicella, another major result arrived thanks to Diego Zantedeschi, who delivered a composed, fast and mistake-free performance. His work converted into a deserved third place overall, earned through careful management and maturity across the eight special stages of the 2025 route.

A podium that rounds off the team’s balance sheet in the best possible way, adding yet another standout performance to an already rewarding weekend for MS Munaretto.
